I wish you well

On the 10th October, it was the mental health international day. I worked listening to bill withers’ songs, dancing and singing to myself. I thought about a friend of mine, remembering the conversation we had. I told him that therapy id about gaining a different perspective. Not about understanding what is wrong or right. It’s about finding different ways to attenuate the difficulties you’re experiencing and embrace your emotional and psychological wellbeing.
